My technician never showed up for our scheduled appointment but the visit was still marked as completed. When I called Sears they told me the soonest they could reschedule me after no showing our appointment was over a week later. If you use American Home Shield please be weary.

The worst customer service experience you will ever have. Technicians will be late if they show up at all. Absolutely zero chance of talking to a live representative. All AI driven with no accountability.

Tony was an excellent technician! Knowledgeable and explained everything about the repair!! Highly recommend him! Sears home service on the other hand, absolutely worst service EVER!!! Took days for me to actually talk to someone, then we scheduled an appointment 2 different times and no one showed up! I took off of work both days! But no one ever showed! I kept calling, the call center kept hanging up on me. They kept telling me lies, saying that someone was coming at 9pm!! They lied and said the appointment time was CST and not EST. I was told numerous times I would get a phone call from dispatch. No one ever called! I had to contact corporate and tell them everything that was going on! Finally I got a phone call that someone was coming out. Tony showed up, he was very nice and understanding. He set up the repair etc. HOWEVER. I HAD TO PAY $692 FOR SEARS TO FIX MY REFRIGERATOR!!! And that was AFTER SIGNING UP FOR THE EXTENDED HOME WARRANTY!! I was told I was only paying for labor because the parts were covered under MANUFACTURER WARRANTY, but i caught a quick photo of the final service that was submitted to Sears and I PAID FOR HALF OF THE PARTS!! LIES LIES LIES!!! No NOT FROM THE TECHNICIAN FROM SEARS THEMSELVES!!! I will be contacting BBB!
