The appointment was scheduled in sept and was canceled even after I confirmed that the parts had arrived. Finally the appointment was scheduled and technician canceled at the end the day. The technician who showed up was not very professional. They didnt call before the appointment. The technician didn’t notify us that we needed to empty the refrigerator. The technician left the house without moving the refrigerator back in its place or giving us further information what needs to be done next and marked the WO complete. I had to call the customer service to check what i needed to do next. Both technicians lacked professionalism.

Never sent correct tech yet said they showed up

Cancelled twice on me last minute after I waited at home all day for service to arrive. Waited 1 month to have it inspected and another 3 weeks for repair

If I could rate 0 I would. He was combative because he was afraid of dogs. My dog sniffed him and he waved his bag at her. He stated he left unsafe, refused service and left. I ran after and asked if we could talk about it. He said no and drove away leaving me by the side of the road.

No stars Technician did not show up for the appointment.
