100%. Tara was awesome. Great guy. Communicated well. Called me 2x with updates on his arrival time. Went straight to work. Knows his craft. We got to the problem within 10 min. He removed the blockage and I was back up and running. Nice to hire people who know what they are doing! Will definitely call Sears home services next time!

Ordered a piece to fix where the water filter was housed and a water filter. I needed to also know how to get the water filter out as this came with the home I purchased. Tara also fixed the loose handle on the freezer. He was very kind, caring and helpful.
