Ordered a piece to fix where the water filter was housed and a water filter. I needed to also know how to get the water filter out as this came with the home I purchased. Tara also fixed the loose handle on the freezer. He was very kind, caring and helpful.

Our service man did great, checked things out. Seemed to be fixed....Washing a small load later, the washer stopped again, mid-cycle. flashing lights and a code nd.
