I am very disappointed that the technician provided incorrect information to my insurance company, suggesting that my issue was pre-existing before I signed up. I believe the technician misdiagnosed the problem, as I had called Samsung when the issue occurred, and they have a record of my call. Unfortunately, the Sears technician gave misleading information.

I just had the worst attempt to get service that I've ever experienced. I was just looking to service a leaky washing machine and a leaky dishwasher. Most likely just changing a couple gaskets. I was on the phone for 37 minutes setting up the call when she told me "ok, now let's set up the washing machine". They wanted to do a whole separate invoice/ticket for the second machine. I don't agree with paying a whole separate charge when the same guy is going to work on the machine on the same trip. I understand and agree that I should pay more to work on two different appliances but a basic service fee is to pay for time and travel, which would have already been covered by the first appliance. Also, I didn't have another 37 minutes to spend on booking another ticket. I'm so disappointed.

The appointment was scheduled in sept and was canceled even after I confirmed that the parts had arrived. Finally the appointment was scheduled and technician canceled at the end the day. The technician who showed up was not very professional. They didnt call before the appointment. The technician didn’t notify us that we needed to empty the refrigerator. The technician left the house without moving the refrigerator back in its place or giving us further information what needs to be done next and marked the WO complete. I had to call the customer service to check what i needed to do next. Both technicians lacked professionalism.

If I could rate 0 I would. He was combative because he was afraid of dogs. My dog sniffed him and he waved his bag at her. He stated he left unsafe, refused service and left. I ran after and asked if we could talk about it. He said no and drove away leaving me by the side of the road.
