This is such a scam to make $129 per visit. Techs look at Google for how to fix things!!! I could do that. Then can’t even tell you what’s wrong. They don’t work with GE and say they don’t even have access to information on what to do. Such a waist. I would suggest using Google to troubleshoot and if that doesn’t work call GE. These guys are a joke.

My appt was scheduled for between 8am-5pm (what kind of insane window is that?). Had to take the day off of work & they showed up @ 7:50pm!!! Tech was so rude & condescending. My stove (Frigidaire) is still under manufacturer's warranty since it's only one month old. I had to go with repair people they sent out, I had no choice. Horrible company, ZERO customer service. There's no contact info that gets you in touch with an actual human being.

The Sears reps seemed very knowledgeable. But $129 they never opened up my washer. I feel hustled! I told them the problem ahead of appointment. At first the said it was the drainage pump; $392 (amazon $29.92). I wanted to just pay for the pump and get the work done. Then they claimed the drum was the main issue. With no proper inspection; pure speculation. The drum price is $1800 ($292-$320 google) They said it was the same problem with the call they had last night; BS. They said the drum part was discontinued and that's a lie.! The part for my washer is available. You can google it. But i was discouraged for fixing anything. Even though I requested to pay for the pump, when the rep called it was only the fee to be paid. And told to buy a new washer. I am very disappointed with this whole experience!

I am very disappointed that the technician provided incorrect information to my insurance company, suggesting that my issue was pre-existing before I signed up. I believe the technician misdiagnosed the problem, as I had called Samsung when the issue occurred, and they have a record of my call. Unfortunately, the Sears technician gave misleading information.

I just had the worst attempt to get service that I've ever experienced. I was just looking to service a leaky washing machine and a leaky dishwasher. Most likely just changing a couple gaskets. I was on the phone for 37 minutes setting up the call when she told me "ok, now let's set up the washing machine". They wanted to do a whole separate invoice/ticket for the second machine. I don't agree with paying a whole separate charge when the same guy is going to work on the machine on the same trip. I understand and agree that I should pay more to work on two different appliances but a basic service fee is to pay for time and travel, which would have already been covered by the first appliance. Also, I didn't have another 37 minutes to spend on booking another ticket. I'm so disappointed.
