Mr. Geralson did a very good job, am satisfied with the work provided. He cleaned out the dryer by vacuuming dust and no need to change the heating component, dryer works fine. Would have preferred Sears to clean the dust vent, but don't do the removal any more as in the past. This should have been part of the appointment, to repair or clean any function of non operating dryer.

Even though the job couldn't be completed TJ provided excellent service. The problem was an expired water filter that was not allowing him to install a new part for the dispensing of ice and water. he investigated what could cause the problem and advised me to get a new water filter.
