After 3 months of missed appointments, and two different technicians ordering the wrong, or incomplete parts, you finally sent a competent technician. He diagnosed the problem, and recognized the part that was not ordered. He immediately sourced the necessary correct repair part. Went to the supply house to pick it up, returned, and installed all the parts. He tested the dishwasher, found another issue, and corrected that as well. He should be commended for his diligent efforts. Why couldn't you have sent him to us 12 weeks ago, when the dishwasher initially failed? I eagerly await your response.
