Arkadiy is a true professional. He takes pride in his work. He explains what the problem is and how he is going to fix it. Ours was a dishwasher occasionally not draining due to an object interfering with the tub water level sensor. We learned to always check the sensor to make sure it is clear before starting a wash cycle.

This technician is fine; however the electronic communication is terrible. On his first visit he hadn't been told to have the necessary part on his truck. On his second visit, his truck broke down. He arrived 3 hours later than the service window; and the system updated only twice. Thank goodness my schedule was flexible today.

This repairman showed up on time with all the equipment he needed, and patiently worked on my machine, trying several things until he finally got it working. He disassembled the carburetor on site and cleaned it and absolutely fixed the problem. He also told me about what product to use to prevent the problem from reoccurring in the future. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made a full effort to resolve my problem. He also showed up within one working day of my requesting I repair, which is unusual in this day and age. I give him a five out of five and a very hearty. Thank you.
