Excellent service call
Arben called first in the morning and again when he was on his way to my house. I appreciated the communication. When he got here he listened to my description of the problem with our refrigerator and after some follow up questions accurately diagnosed the problem. He told me his plan to fix it and how much it would cost.

Terrence was great but this appointment took almost a month and a half to come to fruition. The last appointment was scheduled for mid August and no one showed up. No one called, no one texted. All day the app said the same arrival time of 3:39. It is also borderline impossible to reach anyone by phone. I finally knew my appointment was not going to happen when I got a reschedule text, automatically rescheduling my appt for 3 weeks later. Pretty ridiculous and unacceptable

Orlando diagnosed my 15 year old Maytag dishwasher. He was very honest and said that the cost of the repair is roughly equivalent to buying a new unit. I asked him for some recommendations and he gave a fair, unbiased assessment based on his experience with repairing different models. Definitely low pressure and not looking to upsell me into anything that I didn't need. I really appreciated that.
