Refrigerator assessment for unit replacement.
It has been a long frustrating experience beginning in December 2023 with seven appointments with 3 different technicians and many reschedulings and hours spent on the phone to get to today.

I was impressed and pleased with the customer service provided by Gary. He was extremely knowledgeable, accurately identified the problem with my lawn tractor and stepped me through the repair process. On top of repairing the lawn tractor, he took the opportunity to conduct routine maintenance (replaced blades, oil filter, oil, etc.) and did a very detailed and thorough inspection of my lawn tractor. In the future, I only want Gary working on my lawn tractor and other Sears products.

Eric supplied us with the answers we needed. I close with constantly leaving stains on black garments from the soap. He explained to us in our Top load machine, so at the time underneath our basket Then he recommended a product for us and gave us some tips on how to wash that type of garment The first guy over many years, who explained everything to us in detail that we could understand very well
