I had the same problem with my washer for a long while. After the warranty switched to sears there technicians had it addressed in a week. Erick came and installed the part fast and was very friendly. Thank you Erick and Sears for taking care of this issue so efficiently.

Zac communicated well regarding his arrival time. It was obvious that he was competent in his work. He is easy going, easy to talk to. I have had so many technicians come into my home who acted like I was a burden to their day. Zac was the absolute opposite. You need more people like Zachary.
