Dishwasher repair

Michael was on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately due to the age of the dishwasher the needed replacement panel is no longer available. Michael checked several places to see if he could locate one, which I appreciated.

Sears was contracted as a 3rd party vendor to fulfill the warranty requirements I had on my Fridge. Zachary was prompt, professional, and well spoken. He diagnosed my issue, ordered parts, and returned promptly to complete the repair as promised. If possible, for simpler repairs, I did provide a reasonable write up of my problem. It might make more sense to have parts available on the first trip based on the make, model, serial, and description of the issue to complete a repair in one trip. This is not a knock-on Zachary as he performed his repairs flawlessly, just general feedback for Sears.
