Edward did a diagnostic, as did the previous technician. But unlike the previous technician, Edward took apart the back and saw all the lint that had accumulated in the machine and the vent. My only disappointment was that despite the fairly expensive cost, we still have to replace the hose and/or clean out the old hose ourselves. I felt that should come with the service.
