Edward was very professional, courteous and educational. He was very easy to speak with and explained everything that he was doing in detail. He did a complete diagnostic test and found the issue and resolved it quickly. If I ever have anymore issues with my appliances, I prefer to have him specifically come back.

He was very upset front on telling me what the problem was with refrigerator and the cost to fix it. After he showed me what parts were needed and the cost to repair it I thanked him and gave him a check for 129.00 dollars then I said I see I will go buy new refrigerator
