It was a pleasure having Joseph fix my refrigerator and freezer. It did not take him long to figure out the problem. I had 2 small dogs barking in the background at times and Joseph was kind to them and understanding. He fixed the problem and I was fortunate enough to have some nice conversation during the time he was here. He was very kind.
