My Experience
Erick was great. The refrigerator/ freezer is working fine. I'm very thankful that even though he arrived after the 8 to 5 window I didn't have to wait through an other rescheduling. Thank you, Erick! Rescheduling was the worst part of this process. Between 12/28/23 and 2/8/24 my appointments were rescheduled four times. I am not pleased with waiting through 3 days of appointments, not at all. But bravo, Erick!

John G. Had to completely disassemble and reassemble the washer computers because the previous technician did not know what he was doing and installed them incorrectly so the washer could not function; John G. Is your best technician for washer and dryer repair.

Zachary was amazing. He came after work hours and fixed our refrigerator which has been broken for 3 weeks ! He was empathetic and polite and kind and respectful. I couldn't ask for a better technician. He explained everything as he did and notified me whenever he had to make a loud noise so that it wouldn't startle the baby. He truly made the experience pleasant. I would certainly request him again for any future repairs.
