Erick was very professional and courteous. Kept me informed of what time he would be getting to my house. He applogized that he would be later then expected. The poor man didn't get to my house until 7pm. He had a very long day. He was still friendly was still able to do a diagnostic of my refrigerator and tell me the issue that was happening. But unfortunately there wasn't anything he could do. Since my refrigerator was 13 years old I will better off buying a new one or shop around for one from the Eighties or the Nineties like the one I have in the basement and is still working.

Mice destroyed my dishwasher, but Paul was empathetic and compassionate, even though he couldn't help me. I really appreciated that.

Erick was great. The refrigerator/ freezer is working fine. I'm very thankful that even though he arrived after the 8 to 5 window I didn't have to wait through an other rescheduling. Thank you, Erick! Rescheduling was the worst part of this process. Between 12/28/23 and 2/8/24 my appointments were rescheduled four times. I am not pleased with waiting through 3 days of appointments, not at all. But bravo, Erick!
