Refridgerator was making sporadic noise. I was afraid that because it was sporadic they wouldn't be able to determine cause. But he knew what it was, had the part with him and was in an out in less than 2 hours. Very happy, no noise since then.

The technician was prompt and professional. He checked the 3 major appliances we have on warrantee and made needed adjustments. He also educated us regarding appliance repair and safety. He advised us of possible leakage of our microwave due to complaints we expressed about the appliance in our home as well as another at we have in another location. We truly appreciate this professional assistance and concern.
