Tried very hard to find a leak in my dishwasher without success. This is the second technician that could not see/find the leak. This was a recall appointment.

The service technician was knowledgeable & made quick work of switching out the old condenser fan motor for the new. When he finished, he secured the back, plugged the fridge back in & reset the temperature controls. It's running quietly & maintaining the set temps.

The service man was knowledgeable and got the job done quick. He gave us an honest opinion on weather or not he would have done the repair or purchased new. We opted to repair and feel good about the choice. Would use them again.

Stephen was outstanding. He was on time (at the beginning of the service window coming over an hour away), knew the product and promptly and pleasantly solved the problem. Can't think of anything about his service that I would say needs improvement.
