The guy who ordered my parts came today to fix my refrigerator with Dave another technician after calling for them several times to put my parts in .I complained about them for not calling me .waited all day .never came never showed up .today I got service finally . technician s were great .but sears a+e need to get it together .there not reliable to count on unless u make complaints.i rate the technician s a five+ for there service s as far as the company. They work for no rating
