we had service on microwave. excellent. the most complete careful knowledgeable work yet this service man is best I have ever known and we have had sears products and service for over 40 years. I would hire him over any, any from anywhere. he knows what he is doing, sees things ahead of time, and in timely manner fixes, maintains. You have a gem!

They were professional. I used them before and would use again. Was kept up to date on when the service person would arrive. It did get updated a few times but it was still within original timeframe. Quote to fix the machine due to the parts needed was expensive so opted to just buy a new dryer instead of repairing this one.
