Our repair man was very polite and explained how he was diagnosing the problem. Once it was complete, he educated us and allowed us to make the decision moving forward. He was exceptional!

I am so happy with the service from Sears. The technician Steve was amazing. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable and honest. He overhauled my riding mower. It is running like its new.
