Technician was friendly and helpful. I did not like the new system Sears uses for appointment scheduling. They require an 8 hour window which is ridiculous. It used to be 4 hours which was much more acceptable. To require someone to sit at home and wait for a service technician is ridiculous, but I was forced to accept it because I had purchased their protection plan. They need to be more respectful of homeowners time and go back to 4 hours or less time block. This has zero reflection on gentleman who came to my house for my refrigerator issue.
