After a short inspection of our washer machine, it was told that there were no issues. I trust this technician knew his stuff, so I sign the paperwork and they leave. I go to run a load of clothes, and bam my machine is still leaking... Not happy with this service. Update: Called Danny's Appliance and upon 5 mins of inspection, the technician showed me the source of the leak and gave me options to remedy as well as cost of repair. Sears assumes everyone has Facebook to discuss dissatisfied rating. Try picking up or answering your phone! Never again would I use this service - rip off!

Technician inspected dishwasher and identified problem (pretty straight forward) he then ordered the parts needed to fix the dishwasher. Parts arrived and about 2 weeks later another technician showed up to install the parts (a screw and a wheel). when he opened the packages the parts ordered were incorrect and he couldnt do anything. he said he would order the wheel and a whole new top rack that I could install myself. the wheel arrived about a week later along with a rack with nothing attached. I installed the wheel, but the top rack is still broken. I removed the riser bar since the technician was comfortable just leaving it hanging. at least I can use the dishwasher.

My refrigerator was schedule for preventative maintenance under our contract on November 30 between 10am and 2:00pm. When 2:00 came and went with no one showing up or texting, I contacted Customer Service to reschedule as I had another appointment later that day. I was told that dispatch had been notified and someone would call me to reschedule! Nobody has contacted me! And then I get an email asking me to rate their service?!?!? How can I give them negative stars? This is just one more thing to add to my list! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

If there were negative stars on this survey than that would still be too high. Had to give it 1 star because survey won't be accepted otherwise. NEVER NEVER NEVER ever use Sears Repair service Good technicians but there aren't enough BAD words to describe Sears Repair service. Hope this helps.
