Paul came and diagnosed the problem quickly, helped me manage all the steps with the AI customer service (took three tries!) , ordered the part, and made an appointment to come back to fix it. He was professional and polite. The part arrived the next day, and Sears contacted me asking if I wanted an earlier appointment. The new time was more convenient and so Zach came out today. He was professional, polite, clean and organized. He explained what he was doing and gave me tips each step of the way (I asked for that). Both service people were wonderful! Customer service on the phone was very frustrating, however, and I hope they bring back real people soon instead of being AI only.
