READ THIS BEFORE BUYING THEIR WARRANTY. LY 5 STAR REVIEW IS SOLELY FOR THE TECH I HAD COME IN TODAY NOT FOR SEARS OR THIS WARRANTY PLAN. I love the tech that finally came HOWEVER I would NOT recommend anyone purchasing this warranty. I was originally scheduled for Wed. I was waiting outside for the tech. He arrived, pulled up, turned around in my neighbors driveway and drove off all while we were looking right at him. I immediately called his cell and Sent him texts and which he read and ignored. He then reported that he COMPLETED the job. Very unprofessional. He also reported he completed the repair and he never even got out of his truck 🤬Sears rescheduled me for the next day I again waited ALL DAY and no one showed this time The 3rd unpaid day out of work I FINALLY got a competent tech, who had been here for a previous repair, who was professional and very apologetic for the experiences. If I could book direct with this person I would keep the warranty but I cannot so I am cancelling it as it is nothing but a hassle.

Domingo did a great job! He knew right away what the problem was with my refrigerator and was very efficient in fixing it. I had a lot of questions for him which he very confidently, with experience, answered. I highly recommend him and think you should award him employee of the month!
