On time,friendly technician

The technician arrived within the time window and called to give me a more specific time of arrival. He listened to my assessment of what needed to be fixed and fixed it within 10 minutes. He also explained what I could do next time I have the same problem. Friendly, informative young man.

The tech was fantastic. Fixed up our lawnmower good as new!

The repair technician was very prompt, friendly, and thoroughly professional. To begin, the service and the tech did an outstanding job of scheduling both of my visits to accommodate my schedule and then keeping me informed (using voice mail and texts) as to when I could expect him and especially on the one occassion when he was unexpectedly delayed at an earlier appointment. On the initial visit, he listened carefully to me describe the problem with my dishwasher, and then investigated several possible solutions in order to be confident that he had indeed located the defective part (for which a replacement had to ordered). On the second visit, he quickly installed the new part and then took the time to explain the situation and answer all my questions. I was completely satisfied with this service and would not hesitate to use it again!

Serviceman called ahead. Finished the repair then explained what he did in laymans terms. Then he cleaned up his stuff leaving my laundry room clean. Very satisfied.
