Very good service. The repairman was very good. He analyzed the problem and made the repair quickly. It seems to have resolved the issue and the ice maker seems to be working fine.

Service person arrived on time. Original diagnosis was to replace a board and a sensor to correct my problem with my dishes not drying. I commented that this was quite expensive for a dishwasher that I have not been completely satisfied since day one. My machine is only 2 years old and this is the third or fourth service call. We agreed on just replacing the sensor and so far, so good. Technician was polite and knowledgeable and did not press me into buying the suggested board.

The repairman arrived and spent some time looking at the refrigerator and then told me he couldn't fix it. He was at my house for less than 30 minutes. I was exactly the same when he left, less $129. They didn't even offer a coupon on a new appliance. I wish I had simply bought a new appliance and used the money toward the purchase. (The fridge was 15+ years old.)

The technician was excellent and provided good service. I am very dissatisfied though with Sears protection plan on the whole. So the technician gets five stars and Sears gets one.

Machine is still just spinning when it comes to the rinse cycle it has been stuck on 7 minutes for the last 10 minutes

Paid $400 and the repair did not work. Called to have them come out and re-repair under the 90 day workmanship warranty. Was advised it the earliest they could come out was in 5 days. I told them I couldn't miss another day of work and they basically told me tough (#$&!. Stove is still not fixed.

Very unhappy with A&E service in general. The first tech was not prepared with protection and equipment and didn't fix the problem. Furthermore he didn't put all the parts back. The second tech was perfect. Very courteous and polite and made sure I was happy with the work. He also came in and went right to work. I had to take 2 days off because the time line was a 4 hr window and there was no one I could contact to get a better idea of when the tech would arrive. I would never recommend A&E to anyone and hope to never be involved with them in the future.

We canceled the repair would not honor our warranty. We had service one month ago with the same problem and they said we didn’t. So no service and we will no longer use this service.

Nice person , but after 4 visits and many parts installed the washer still doesn’t operate correctly. He never stays to see if his service has resolved the problem. Every time he comes he gets codes for another faulty part/ parts. This Assurant Policy is not as good as previous policies I’ve purchased in the past. I would not recommend it or purchase it again. At $900+ it’s a rip off and would like my money back.
