My refrigerator was schedule for preventative maintenance under our contract on November 30 between 10am and 2:00pm. When 2:00 came and went with no one showing up or texting, I contacted Customer Service to reschedule as I had another appointment later that day. I was told that dispatch had been notified and someone would call me to reschedule! Nobody has contacted me! And then I get an email asking me to rate their service?!?!? How can I give them negative stars? This is just one more thing to add to my list! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

If there were negative stars on this survey than that would still be too high. Had to give it 1 star because survey won't be accepted otherwise. NEVER NEVER NEVER ever use Sears Repair service Good technicians but there aren't enough BAD words to describe Sears Repair service. Hope this helps.

This is a bait and switch company is not sears users beware they will steal your money overcharge what they say it will be then can't get ahold of anyone. Scam don't fall for it!!!!!

I waited two weeks to get an appointment. My service window was 8 AM to 5 PM so I had to take the day out of work. They called me at 2 o’clock and told me they could not make it and wanted to reschedule me in another two weeks unprofessional, very poor service. Would not recommend them or use them again.
