I would like to tell everyone that I'm pleased with the service James performed on my fridge. It's a major appliance in our home and it was missed when it stopped working. James arrived and determined what the problem was and ordered all the parts needed. We scheduled a second visit and he changed out the defective parts and tested them. We are very happy with his service.

Perfect job. We had another company come and told us we needed a new system and recommended one that only they magically sold. James from Sears comes the next day, found the issue and fixed it in 5 minutes....
