Communication was excellent and knew when the tech was arriving. Upon arriving he was very professional. Was very attentive when problem was explained. Tech took care of the issue to the best of his knowledge. Explanation of everything was excellent, great job!!!!!

Great service from the gentleman that fixed my dishwasher . He was prompt, skilled, and very pleasant .There were small unforeseen issues that required 2 short visits . These were taken care of quickly and pleasantly . I was very happy with the service, it could not have been better !

Great job, quick and efficient. Basically it's a Samsung dryer, and is not worth repairing, as it's half the cost of a new one. 5 stars to Jaime and Sears, 1 star to Samsung. It's the second Samsung appliance to break on us in 4 years. Never again.
