Great service but got bad news ....fixed my dryer last year . Great job and good customer service . This year they came out and the washers dead and beyond saving m the tech was good and easy going . Good service

The service tech was awesome. Accommodating and fixed the problem right away. The scheduling system for the appt was the worst that I’ve ever experienced. Who sends a text at 12:20 pm and says that the tech will be at the repair address between 8am and 5pm that same day? I was working 90 minutes away. There were only the choices to confirm/cancel/reschedule/sign up for home warranty or order parts

I can’t say enough about the service tech James from A & E that repaired my LG washing machine. He quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and made the necessary repairs. James was both professional and polite.
