It's a shame that I can't give a 6 to Arben B because he took the time to diagnose my malfunctioning refrigerator, did meticulous and careful work, and left me totally satisfied. His service call convinced me that the Sears Protect Home Warranty was a good investment. He was the best of the three technicians that were required to fix my fridge, mainly because he understood the problems and worked very hard to do the repair. The cost of the repair if I did not have the warranty would have been more than the cost of the warranty, including the $100 deductible.
