Service was fine, only issue was service was to be done between 8 am and noon. Service was done at 3:30pm. You should have notified me.

This service tech was excellent but booking and communication with sears service center was terrible, It took over six months to coordinate the warranty compressor repair of our refrigerator.

He was good ! Very knowledgeable. A bit impersonal at first but after he was here for a bit he warmed up . All in all a good experience .. 🤗

The service technician was pleasant and professional. However, I was scheduled for between 8 am to 12 noon so planned my day accordingly and he arrived at approximately 2:45.

Company is terrible but the technician Ruben was excellent. No human customer service and scheduling and arrival app is glitchy. Took 3 visits to correct a refrigerator lighting issue because wrong parts were shipped. The only bright part was the technician, Ruben, was customer focused, professional and an excellent technician. I feel bad that he works for such a poor company. The company was contracted through my Assurant service plan so only a deductible was paid and they were good to deal with.
