So far so bad! No issue with the technician on the initial inspection of my stove, on time and very professional. I had to order a part, did so and had to pay in advance. That was several weeks ago and I have had zero updates on the status of my order, no tracking number etc. Yet they continue to set up appointments to install the part! and I have to stay home needlessly. I called customer service, talked to a human, was assured this would be elevated and that I would get an update on the status of the part and when I could expect to have it installed. Nothing. No follow up or communication of any kind. If I could, I would ask for a refund and go somewhere else for help. Extremely disappointing.

Orlando as a technician is fine. I have nothing major to day about him, though he could use a bit more courtesy about the homeowner's space. As for the service I have received it is very disappointing. I have had to put in 5 claims and still my dishwasher is not fixed. Again, I do not put this on the tech specifically but it would seem to me that by this time it would have been easier and cheaper for all to simply reimburse the price paid for the unit. I hope that the next claim I have just submitted will resolve the issue once and for all. But I do not intend to purchase another unit from Lowe's or anyone that uses Sears as their repair service if possible.

I apologize in advance but dealing with Sears was a nightmare. I took 5 unpaid days off from work, twice I was canceled on at the end of the day. 8am -5pm is an awful timeframe. I was never able to navigate your phone system, not once did I get a human. Super frustrating. The technician was fine, but he LEFT the broken glass stove top in it's box with shattered glass. Told me to "put it in your dumpster, you have one right?" I told him we have no dumpster, and said trashcan will take it. They wouldn't and now I'm stuck paying to take it to the dump!! I don't want a HUGE box of broken glass in my car. Really frustrating.

James was great. Resloved the issue couldnt have been happier with him. Unfortunately, the day before I received four emails that told me a different technician was going to be arriving at changing times only to get a cancellation in the middle of the day that I had taken the day off from work with no explanation and no customer service individual to speak with as to why or why not the appointment was canceled. I was very discouraged with the entire process, how the AI system works with scheduling is a nightmare, but unfortunately, I think that’s the way of the future

Awful company, ask for money upfront, and 3 weeks later washer is still not fixed. Horrible customer service. DO NOT CALL THEM.

i wish i could give them no stars. do not give them any money. they will never give it back if things dont go according to plan. i had no service done at my house after paying them almost $700.00. i've made 5 attempts to contact them and get my money back and it does not happen! i've been promised 5 times my money will be refunded. nothing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!
