We were extremely happy with Sears service. Easy to make an appointment online and the service tech contacted me and kept me up to date on his arrival time. Found the problem right away. Will definitely use Sears again if the need arises.

Paul got the job done, and that's the bottom line. He did it efficiently, professionally, and made the experience a pleasant one. If there is one thing that could use some improvement, it would be the arrival window - a 9-hour window is enormous; any improvement on that would be welcome.

Showed up on time, cleaned up nicely, I hope he found the problem with the refrigerator with the parts he replaced, if not I believe that I just got stuck with a defected product. Certainly not the tech fault. Glad to see that the same tech came back.

The technician's professionalism was great, however the company giving me at time frame from 8 am to 5 pm and the technician not showing up the first scheduled time only to cancel at 6:15 pm to reschedule and cost me a days pay. Then when we got someone in here finally and even though we told them it was the water pump he still had to order it. When the pump came in we were again told 8-5 of which I took time off of work to be here "again". The tech didn't show up until 6:00 pm (so much for the 8-5 time frame). I have always been a happy customer of Sears however I'm starting to question if they are actually still there for my services. I utilize Sears a lot as I have Fridges and a Garage door that they put in. Questioning my choices.

Horrible experience! Zero Stars, makes you put at least one!!! Very rude! In my house 5 minutes and all he does is look up my induction range on his little device and tell me I need a new board! No diagnostic, doesn't ever even touch my oven. My oven turns off strangely at times and I've googled it and it says multiple causes including over heating. I ask him how we know it isn't the fans or the fan exhaust isn't clogged and he says this is what his device says. Total sham!! No actual skill set. Tried to call Sears home services and its totally AI representatives with no recourse except to go to the site. I go to the site enter my order number and it brings me to an error screen. I'm seeking recourse through my credit card company.

Technician was great price was not $300 in labor for 15 minute fix? I get maybe $100-$150 for coming out but 15 minutes of labor shouldnt cost the same as an hour from a lawyer.
