Michael was Excellent, the first guy not so much
The first technician showed up on Jun 9th, stated we needed to order parts and quoted an expensive fix. Repair was rescheduled to June 15th, a new technician, Michael, showed up, reviewed the situation and determined the parts were not needed, and that the actual service would be much less than the previous quotation. While we still need to be on the look out for for future issues with the old fridge, we avoided an unnecessary costly repair. Thanks. You guys send waaaayyyy too many emails and texts. I don't need to know multiple times a day that my appointment a week from now is still confirmed.

Great service but lousy scheduling
Jorge was lovely. Efficient and helpful. The scheduling system was terrible. You are booked for an 8 thru 5 time on a given day, texted five times that the technician was expected to arrive within a window of time and then texted again , and again, and again. So if you can't stay at home and wait for a full 9 hours potentially, don't book with Sears.

Fridge repair
Your repair men are always pleasant and do a nice job. My only complaint is the fact that you give the customer an 8 hour window of when repairman will be arriving. A 4 hour window would be much better! Also, the initial visit you asked what was wrong so that the technician could come prepared with probable part replacements. We did that. We provided the model number of the refrigerator as well as a detailed description of the problem, however, the technician did not come with the part needed the first time, and we had to schedule a second visit in order to due the necessary repairs.
