Good service to fix oven
Glenn M from Sears service came today to fix our top oven. He did an excellent job and we now have the top and lower gas ovens working properly. Glenn did a good job and I was pleased with the final result.

Dishwasher Service
Service provided by Kevin was Great. However nothing to do with Kevin. Prior to that I opened appt on the 5th of Oct. Parts were sent and a Sears Appt. was confirmed for the 12th. Sears did a No show and didn't even bother to call me. Sears took it upon themselves to reschedule to the 27th. That is extremely Poor Customer Service.

Did a great job fixing problem
Our technician came right in and immediately found the problem with my refrigerator as it was not level and because 0f this door was not shutting properly and food in freezer was getting iced over due to leakage. Plus door was not hung correctly. Problem was. quickly found and corrected. Good job

Glen(also called Eric) is the nicest gentleman you could ever send to my home! He fixed the issue by installing some new components and ensuring everything was working properly before putting it all back together. Yes, it was his job , and he did it very well! Please know that you have an excellent repair person , clean, orderly, quiet, and efficient.
