Gentleman was very nice and explained the issue very well and what we could do to prevent it from happening again also came shortly after 9 am so o didn’t have to wait all day ! Will definitely use again in the future if needed , thanks again !

Tara was friendly and efficient , he gets a 5, scheduling using AI does not work for your service .I had 8 rescheduled appointments due to overbooking , lack of technician in my area and AI issues according to your benefits team staff. I was without repair for over two months. I will be shopping around when my policy period nears it's end.
