Adair was friendly, professional, and thorough. He receives the 5 stars. As noted the technician's professionalism was great, however I did have trouble with the scheduling. The original day was a flop because there was an error in the address. The 2nd day the company gave me a time frame from 8 am to 5 pm then after 6 pm rescheduled for the following day. 3rd day went smoothly, issue diagnosed quickly. Parts ordered and install was advanced in scheduling.
