We were extremely happy with Sears service. Easy to make an appointment online and the service tech contacted me and kept me up to date on his arrival time. Found the problem right away. Will definitely use Sears again if the need arises.

Khimar, the contractor who came to check out my dryer, was great! Our dryer is now working efficiently, is not loud anymore, and the burning smell is gone! Sears - thanks for contracting Khimar!

Paul got the job done, and that's the bottom line. He did it efficiently, professionally, and made the experience a pleasant one. If there is one thing that could use some improvement, it would be the arrival window - a 9-hour window is enormous; any improvement on that would be welcome.

Showed up on time, cleaned up nicely, I hope he found the problem with the refrigerator with the parts he replaced, if not I believe that I just got stuck with a defected product. Certainly not the tech fault. Glad to see that the same tech came back.

Michael the repair technician was wonderful. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided us with an estimated replacement cost. The price to repair our washing machine was higher than the price of a new washing machine. Sears use of ai assistant was poorly designed and frustrating to get any answers. The technician was very friendly and helpful. I did have problems resolving a billing issue because I was unable to get ahold of anyone through the website or phone. I left a review and they promptly responded and resolved my issue.

The technician was a great guy, but I found what seems to be some kind of gasket and he didn’t replace the insulation in the door which makes the dishwasher quieter and there was a screw missing
