Sears home appliance came to service our dryer. They charged us several hundred dollars for a part that Amazon supplied for $18. The total for this repair was over $500. After the repair was completed, another problem immediately ensued with the dryer that wasn’t caught on the initial service. The estimate for this 2nd repair was over $1100. The combined cost of repairs is over $1600. Well beyond the value of the dryer. If I had been given an estimate for $1600 initially I never would have proceeded with the first repair. I have tried multiple times to reach a human representative, but I am told that it is an AI only service. I will never use Sears home repair service again. Extraordinarily dissatisfied.

Technician was great and really good at explaining things to the person who he was training. Only thing was the length of time to get someone in my area. Also can't believe you spent almost $1300 fixing a 750.00 machine. Would have been cheaper to just replace it
