let me tell you something. I wasn't having the best day of my life to say the least. The gentleman that showed up was very pleasant. very nice. very kind and gracious. my mother is 90 and I am 61. we are not in great health and handicap. this was not an issue for this young man that showed up. he was more of a man than I've seen in a long time as far as being very kind and very helpful. once again highly recommend. thank you. thank you not only for your services but thank you for the kindness that was brought to my home

Stephen was very thorough and helpful in answering all questions. Offered solutions to any problems. I have my tractor serviced every year by Sears and it’s still in great condition since the day I bought it from Sears 20 years ago!

Gentleman was very nice and explained the issue very well and what we could do to prevent it from happening again also came shortly after 9 am so o didn’t have to wait all day ! Will definitely use again in the future if needed , thanks again !
