The technician was fine but we never got a call, text, or email for a smaller window aside from 8-5, then when I finally called at 11:15am I got a text with a link that had a window of 11-1. The window changed to 2:30-5 but again no notification via call, text, or email that the window had changed. I shouldn't have to stay on the link to see if something changes. We wasted the whole day because the technician didn't come till 4 because we never knew when to expect him until the 2:30-5 window and then he called at 3. IDK who updates the link but it should auto-send notifications when things change and I only got the link via text because I finally called after waiting from 8-11 for something or someone to give a smaller window.
