Shane K. Is an incredible technician. Very professional and personable. He diagnosed the refrigerator leak issue with the ten year or older tubing. He ordered what was needed to complete the repair job. Informed us exactly what he was doing throughout the entire process. I felt like he was a member of the family with the time he took and the true concern for making sure our refrigerator was in tip top condition. He is a credit to the Sears Company and an expert in appliance/electronic evaluation and repairs. We were truly blessed in having Shane assigned to our Kenmore refrigerator repair job.
