Finally got our washer fixed today had to switch a technician and he had the machine working in an hour the first technician gets zero star on top of that guy was a complete creep Shane something was his name! If you need help with appliances and he shows up call back and ask for someone else

Best representative I've ever dealt with for home repairs. Zane was the most knowledgeable person I've had visit my home for repair work. He was also enthusiastic about his job and was was a very nice person. If I need Sears Home Repair for anything else that comes up, I'm going to specifically see if I can request Shane.

Shane was excellent. However communication from Sears was horrible. Kept sending text messages with expected arrival time of 2:45pm. When calling the appointment was confirmed with expected arrival time of 3:05 pm - 3:35pm. Actual arrival time was well past 6pm. No notification that arrival would be well past the posted expected arrival time.
