Unfortunately after the repair was completed went to use my washer it flooded my basement. Tried to call sears not a good number to talk to anyone. What is a good number The part came today know I have to wait to Aug 4th to fix my washer. This is unacceptable.spending more money at the laundry mat. Taking. Time off from work plus they charged me another 100 deductible.

Making an appointment was difficult and unfriendly, the many text reminders/confirmations annoying. Luckily, Tyrell was professional, efficient, and helpful. I much prefer human communication.

I will start by saying I cannot get this hour back and that is unfortunate. This service call started w Shane yelling at a sales rep that called about selling a service plan before he was able to diagnose it. The yelling got me off a conference call w a customer as I thought my wife was in danger. I did not realize you set up calls in conjunction with his arrival to sell a plan. Although Shane was able to diagnose the issue he did not fix it. I had someone else come in the next day to fix it. I would never use Sears ever again and would ask you to reconsider your sales practices as I thought it was high pressure, uninformed and not focused at all on the customer. To have Shane yell at the colleague was just very uncomfortable and it made me wish we never scheduled the call
