Marc the technician was great but dealing with the AI from May 13th to today May 26th sucked. The AI texted me that the technician was going to be here May 20th and texted me every day from the Friday before to the 20th to confirm my appointment for the 20th which I did only to sit around the window of 8am to 5pm and I hit the text at 4pm to see where the technician was and to only get texted back by the AI that my appointment wasn't until May26 yet I got all them texts to confirm the 20th, needless to say that I'm not happy with the AI system
