Foam seal in my dryer had detached where the lint filter sits, the tech new exactly what the problem was and reattached it. Very professional and showed me photos of the problem. I will definitely use this service again.

My repair technician Stephen was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. I am giving the 5 stars because of him. The Sears AI system is terrible, however. Sometimes it will call you anywhere from 3-5 times to confirm the same information over and over. It also tried to have me reschedule my appointment even though this wasn’t necessary, thankfully I was able to communicate with the technician directly to confirm I was still on his route. Sears really needs to fix this AI or hire a human staff in its place.

Marc the technician was great but dealing with the AI from May 13th to today May 26th sucked. The AI texted me that the technician was going to be here May 20th and texted me every day from the Friday before to the 20th to confirm my appointment for the 20th which I did only to sit around the window of 8am to 5pm and I hit the text at 4pm to see where the technician was and to only get texted back by the AI that my appointment wasn't until May26 yet I got all them texts to confirm the 20th, needless to say that I'm not happy with the AI system
